The American Helicopter Museum is excited to offer four summer programs for learners aged 6-12. This year's topics include The Science of Flight Week (includes a helicopter ride), Engineering Week, Spy Science Week, and Drone Week (includes a drone). These hands-on programs run from 10 - 3 pm daily. There is an aftercare program available from 3-5 pm.

Benchmark Camp, located in Media, PA, combines academics and recreation to create a transformational summer experience for children in rising grades 1-6. In addition to being super fun, Benchmark Camp builds childrens’ executive function skills, self-esteem, and confidence and is especially beneficial for bright students with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences. Benchmark Camp offers full day, half day, and language arts only options, with optional after care, hot lunch, and math tutoring.

Brandywine Red Clay Alliance (BRC) is your local leader in environmental education, watershed conservation and land preservation.  Our mission is to promote the restoration, conservation and enjoyment of natural resources of the Brandywine and Red Clay Watersheds through education, scientific activities, environmental stewardship and advocacy.

At camp we unplug from modern day technology and spend our days finding frogs and insects in the pond, building forts in the forest, learning wilderness survival skills and experiencing water sports and adventurous treks.

We offer 8 themed weeks of camp for campers ages 4 - 15.  All camps are full day (9 - 3) and we offer before and after care as well.

Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Nestled in the rolling hills of beautiful Chester County and surrounded by forest and field, Natural Lands' ChesLen Preserve offers the perfect setting for Camp Wonderkin - a nature based STEAM camp designed for age 5-11 and led by owner and lead teacher Cate Liguori. 

Each day of this unique camp experience will focus on various concepts of the STEAM acronym - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. We will be studying soil and stream, monitoring blue bird activity, building leaf robots, experimenting with flora and fauna potions, painting with trees and grasses,  and creating mixed media wild wands.  Children will also have the opportunity to contribute to a Natural Lands stewardship project.  We will spend valuable time connecting with nature each day as we practice yoga and mindfulness, take hikes and climbs and develop our team building skills with fun and energizing games and activities.

Soccer Shots has provided a fun, high-energy soccer experience designed to build fundamental skills, confidence, and character in a positive learning environment for over 20 years!
 
Programs are open to children ages 18-months to 8 years old, with age-appropriate activities that are aligned with PA Early Learning Standards to support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
 
Our professionally trained coaches use engaging themes, games, and creative play to teach soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, respect, and effort.
 
Soccer Shots programs consists of weekly sessions held on evenings and weekends and are open to the public. We also offer programs at select schools and daycare locations for children who attend. (You select the program with the best location, day, and time that works for your family!)

No Place Like This Place – Summer at the Y  

Get ready for an epic summer experience with traditional, specialty, sports, teen and adaptive summer camp options from the YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW). 

With eight locations across Chester County and features like field trips, in-house events, theme weeks and swimming, campers ages 3 – 15 will find their spirit, make new friends and find belonging. PLUS, all locations earned accreditation by the American Camp Association (ACA), meeting more than 290 standards in safety – and providing a summer experience you can trust. 

Camps are available in full and half day options, depending upon location and age of camper. Extended care is available starting at 7 AM for just 25 per week and after care is available through 6 PM at no extra cost!

Summer Discovery at Newlin Grist Mill offers history- and nature-based experiences in an engaging, inclusive, outdoor environment for children ages 4-12. Campers share unique experiences that connect and expand their interactions with each other and their community. Summer Discovery is the place where learning is fun!

At Summer Discovery, we strive to provide fun, engaging activities that encourage campers to follow their passions and connect with the world around them. Traditional camp fun like hiking, games, and scavenger hunts are intertwined with unique educational opportunities that highlight the nature and history our site has to offer. On any given day, campers might be looking for frogs, building a sculpture of recycled materials, baking cookies from an 18th century recipe, or experimenting with magic bubbles. There is no end to the fun adventures that can be had!

Summer Friends at Media-Providence Friends School provides 10 weeks of exploration, creativity, and community for children ages 3 to 10. 

The program offers full-day sessions from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the added convenience of morning drop-off beginning as early as 8:00 AM. 

Campers enjoy weekly themed adventures, exciting field trips to local favorites like the Brandywine Zoo, and twice-weekly instructional swimming for those ages 5 and up. Each day is rooted in Friends values and features our brand-new, state-of-the-art STEAM playground and outdoor classroom.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. United Sports Summer Camps offer days camps and recreational sports camps for ages 3 to 11! Half-day and full-day options available, with flexible registration and cancellations policies. Before and After Care is also available, for available hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm!

The camp day offers a variety of activities - games and sports on the indoor and outdoor fields and courts, moonbounces, gymnastics, rock wall, waterslides (no standing water), arts & crafts, and more!

Snacks and Lunches are included, and pictures are sent to parents throughout the day using Brightwheel!

This summer, Uptown Studio invites students ages 4–18 to explore creativity, build confidence, and have fun through the art of theatre. Our welcoming, award-winning programs are designed for all experience levels—from first-time performers to seasoned young artists.
